Hello sir My father mother divorce whn i was one year old girl..my father nd grandfather disown me ....my father transferred all his ancestral properties to my step mother?how i get my right in the properties?
If you have been disowned from ancestral property. And that property has been transferred to someone else then you have to challenge that transfer on the ground of ancestral property can no be transferred. For more info fix meeting and discuss entire case.
Your right from the ancestral property of your father cannot be taken away, but divorce papers of your parents are required to be seen for giving any proper advice as your mother must have got something in your favour, may be as full and final settlement which need to be checked.
