How to enforce property distribution under Muslim Law

My uncles don't want to distribute our ancestral property. my father is dead. we are facing problem. we don't have proper house to leave. they are not intended to do any property division. What should I do. how I can take my share.? I'm Muslim.
Seek remedy by filing a partition suit in the appropriate forum of law under the law and pray of appointment of receiver and also distribution of shares as per the law in all the legal heirs of the family
