How to divide property among brothers and sisters

Hi i want to know that after my fathe we have reaceived some money whose nominee are me and my mother should it will be added while she claims their rights or it should be only property. Does this property includes cas in bank too insurance payments etc or only land houses?
Look legal hair have equal right on all assets of you father.whether on Paper or in form of Property.
You can enter into family settlement and then get your share in property registered on the basis of family settlement.
For fix deposit, insurance,bank balance you have to obtain succession certificate from competent court of law.
