Ek property ko ek father ne apne 7 larko me kisi ek ke nam per liz kar deta h . aur usi property ko bechne me garanter banta ho to kya is prakar liz kayam rahega ya toot jayega
जब जायदाद बेच दी गई तो लीज़ ख़ुद ब ख़ुद ख़त्म हो गया। तो अब लीज़ के होने का तो सवाल नहीं रहता है। अगर पिता की अपनी कमाई हुई जायदाद है तो वो जिसे भी चाहे बेच सकता है लीज़ पर दे सकता है। इसमें कोई भी क़ानूनी बाधा नहीं है।

If the property is ancestral one., Father can not lease it to one of his son as all the sons are equal right over it. And under no circumstances, lessee can sell the leased property. Contact a good lawyer.
