How to distribute fathers property if there is no will

 My father bought property from his sister. Father sister got the property from DDA. She gave Power of Attorney to our Father. My father did not took any initiative to register property on his name. He is no more now. We are 4 brothers and sister (2 brothers, 1 sister and myself). My mother and 2 brothers are staying in the same property. Now we want to do proceeding to make papers of the property on mother's name or which ever is the law state. Please advice. (We have all the reciepts and documents regarding power of attorney )

Please tell whether the power of attorney is registered or not. Further you told that your father bought it from his sister. If there is any sale deed executed in your father's name. Further your father died intestate i.e.without any will. Here Succession act will govern you distribution of family property depending on the papers you are holding. Pl.tell the details asked here for a quick and fast action in Ur favour.

on basis of the GPA you can proceed and if need be an NOC can be obtained from the sister and then the property can be named for your mother and later on be distributed amongst the children thereof...
