How to disown my son from property

I got a property transfered in my name after death of my mother..thru SMC and Relinq. Deed in my favour by other 2 coowners..my brother and father.. I sold this property and now in process of buying a new prpperty. 1.How can i disown my son from all my present and future movable and immovable assets incl. the new prop which i will buy from money rcd after sale of inherited prop. 2. Will property share i rcd from self acqiired prop of my late mother qualify as ancestral property..? pls guide.

You can very well debar and disown your son by following a set process like Publication of public notice, affidavit, disownment deed And executing a Will. No it will be not qualify as An ancestral property. You may consult with better particulars

You need to issue a public notice and make ur Will as per ur desire and thereafter u can disown ur son from the property and future property and follow due process of Law for that purpose since these properties r u self possessed and independent u can contact me for it
