How to deal with situation of getting duped by a builder

I purchased an appt in 2000 and paid in full but did not register it as i went abroad. The builder has not given me the possession of the flat. Please advice?Now the price of the flat is about 75L to 100L. I am willing to give 10% of the selling price as fees to any lawyer who finds a solution and helps me in obtaining possession and selling the flat.No fees in advance will be paid as i am still abroad. The Best offer will be selected.
As per information given by clients
1. Pl issue legal notice from lawyer to builder about which flat has been alloted to u in the building and ask for builder for providing flat document.
2.you can do registrary of sale by giving power of attorney to any person to make flat registrary in ur name.
3.If builder to fail to give possession of flat and fail to register sale deed in ur name, u can file consumer complaints in jurisdiction which ur flat is located against the builder for failure in possession of flat and sale deed execution and u can file compensation for damages u have cause for delay in possession of flat.
As per information given by clients I have given legal advice if for further legal actual advice please provide details information to me.

So sir, you need to contact any lawyer and take advice from him and send a legal notice to builder through your representative who resides in india and if any agreement is there then provide such details to your lawyer..

Hello, you must appoint a lawyer and issue a legal notice against the said builder, further you should also report this cheating case either in writing or by way of lodging FIR immediately. As already you have caused much delay now you must immediately prosecute him by civil criminal litigation and ask for interim injunction surely you may get all the reliefs you are in need of.
