How to deal with delay in registration after possession

the builder gave me the posession after paying complete amount of apartment. however the registration is pending with builder since more than one month. what should i do if registration amount increases after GST. I am sending them emails to document I wont bpay additional charges if applicable since it is pending with builder. Please advice.

Send a legal notice for registering the sale deed . Also indicate that the builder is held liable for compensating the amount due to their delay for registration.If they are not compensate ,then you can approach the consumer forum for realising the amount from builder.

The query is merely speculative. Registration of any conveyance of property is a legal requirement so is payment of taxes in accordance with the law. Having made investment of hard earned money, it is not worth to contemplate on any legal action at this juncture.
