How to claim concealed properties ?

My father in law died and my wife ' s brother came up with will about immoveable property only . All moveable properties are concealed in this will . Though he had several properties in joint name with his sons . They are telling he had nothing in his name .. a lie of course . I don't know addresses of those properties . How my wife can seek partition without knowing details of properties . What petition she need to file ?

This kind of case require face to face communication in order to get all details related with case. The property details and other things can be obtained from the court through orders and propet court procedure.

Dear friend,
Your wife should challenge the will of her Father in Civil Court as for authenticity/ legality of the will and issue raise that the said will is illegal , fake, without knowledge of the applicant and the property concerned in the said will also not in knowledge of the applicant.
You could check the legality of the will from the concern SDM office or any competent authority (if dispute is out of Delhi), which was registered from the concerned authority or not.
