How to check the exact property location and what action can be taken

Dear Sir / Madam, Last two years ago we purchased a property in bangalore, which comes under gram panchayat (gram thana) limits, Registration also done, but khatha has not been transferred, We are not even sure that the property which the owner showed is the one which we get registered. Whenever we asked to mark correct measurements in site, he was always giving one or the other reason, somebody was telling that property belongs to them & now they already built a house in that property and given for rent? please let us know how to check exact location of our property? if it is the same location what actions can we take next?
It's available in registration office or Thaluk office you can apply in RTI act then after will take 15 days ...which documents you want clarifying you just apply all documents before should contact any advocate

Don't you have description of Schedule of property in your sale deed when you purchase and registered the property as per that you proceed to acquire your land. Sy No or Property No measurement name of the place everything you can find in schedule of the property then why you are facing difficulty as you have purchased through registration. If you still find difficulty then contact any advocate.
