You have gifted the property to your wife, she became the owner of it. The house tax is being on her name. So the property does not belong to you. You should refrain from interfering in this issue, or else you would be in trouble. You wife will file case against you.

As per your information you have made a gift deed in favour of your wife but I would like to inform you kindly be sure whether the property has been gifted to your wife or you have made a benami property in favour of your wife. So kindly meet your local advocate to solve this issue because as per Transfer of Property Act you do not have right over property if it has been gifted in favour of your wife.
