15-Feb-2026 (In Property Law)
Bought house in gated layout approved by BMRDA, I have ekhatta in my name but when I checked RTC map at Bhoomi website, it shows the name of the builder. Please let me know whether there is any issue and how to get entered my name in RTC Bhoomi map.

RTC and Khatta are two separate documents. RTC are usually provided for Agriculture properties. Once the Agricultural properties get converted to Residential or Commercial purposes only khatta will be issued. However, the RTC stands in the last owner name at the time of Conversion. you need not worry until the BMRDA name appears in Kahtta. kindly verify the Khatta as this will be your legal title document. kindly contact for further details

Hello sir, Good morning. Now it is not necessary to enter the name in the RTC after issuance of EKatha. If there is agricultural land and if it is not converted then it must enter the name in the RTC. So you don't worry. You already have Ekatha.
