How to challenge a Will which was registered on name of my Nephew?
01-Jun-2025 (In Property Law)
My father was 90 years old and he died last year. My father was not mentally well from last 3 years and not able to take his own decisions by himself. Taking advantage of this my nephew made a registered Will of whole property on his own name by involving registrar of my tehsil. We are four brothers. He has even made Will of Ancestral Land (which was not bought by my father) on his name. How can I challenge this Will in court? Is there any chance of getting any part of land in this case?

Yes, but you have to prove it in court by evidence and witnesses like your father's medical report or doctor's report, you have to arrange a witness who knows everything about your family members and their activities and their behaviour, and mental situation. You will challenge that will in civil court by civil suit and for more details you can contact me or consult
