the consent document is necessary while you sold the property and the purchaser want to avail a loan. The certified copy of the consent document ca be obtained from the S.R.O. tHERE IS NO LEGAL ISSUES IN SELLING THE LAND.

I presume that your father was having absolute right over his property and he has sold the property to you. In this case, consent of any of your brothers is not needed.
The way your father gave you the property is to be examined. i.e. Was it purely a sale deed. Or was it a settlement deed with conditions. If there were any conditions stipulated in the settlement deed, then those conditions are to be complied.

Need more clarification. Whether your grandparents assigned the property to your father or to your father and his children? whether it was a settlement deed or will ? If the property was assigned by you grandparents to your father alone by a settlement deed or assignment deed then your father has every right to assign the property to you, in such a case you don't not need a consent of any other person to sell that property. It is necessary to go through the documents to answer the query.

Hi,

In this case, if your father had the absolute ownership of the said property and if he had sold it to you, the consent of your brother is not required for the said sale. Hence you may not be having hindrance to sell it. However we need to read the sale document to see the nature and conditions of the sale deed, to advise you in detail.
