How my property can be register at my name by mistake at cousins name

One property was gifted to my grany from his father.. my grany gave me as gift deed But due to some reason I
made the registration to my cousin.. Is there any chance that I gave any ride of getting back this property??

1. Please discuss with a lawyer along with the gift deed papers.

2. Only after verification of the grounds for which you gifted the property to your cousin, i would able to tell you my opinion.

Sir,
The "Gift" is revocable any time during the life time of executed person. Here you told that you have registered the same to your cousin. It means you have lost right over the said property. I hope getting back of the property is very less that you only told you had made the registration to your cousin.

If you Win to prove said registration is done under misrepresentation or coercion there may be chance of getting back of the said property.

You said that it was gifted to grany and from her to you and then from you to other.
Once a gift is made to any one, the absolute title will transfer. So, it cannot get back. If any body joint intetest ie.,coparcenary right is included in the gifted property, then such right holder can sue for get back the the property.
Your question is clear that transfer from head to head by gifting. So, the gift cannot be recalled by the executent.
