How is property distributed to children if father have two wives

my father had 2 wife's...first wife has 2 sons and second wife has one son...both wifes had died....my father had nt nake ny will....so what is ratio of distribution equally (1/3rd each) OR half share of first wife son and half share of second wife son
First you must provide the details that you are by religion Hindu or Muslim. As per Hindu act after 1956 a male Hindu got marriage if first wife is alive the children of second wife shall get the share only his own earned property not in ancestral property in equal share. If you are muslim property shall be distributed as per Muslim personal law share of your father may go to his sister also.

The radio will devide among all sons 1/3 each, of the second wife was legally married with the father of her son. If she was not legally married with her husband or her son's father then no share will raise in that property for that son of second wife..
