The query is deficient in material facts. What is the status of the property -was it self acquired or ancestral? How did he apportion property among his children - through gift or a settlement? Was the deed registered? Who are the real beneficiaries of the division of the property? Did your father get any share?

Is there any document created by grand father in favour of your father ? After the demise of your father his legal heirs (You , your sibilings ,his wife ) are eligible for getting his share in the property. If the property is now situated in jointly with others property then file a Partition suit for getting your share separately from others. Check your aunty have any document in their name.
