How divide a property under joint partnership

this is about my father my father is a momedian and his partner is a hindu (sindhi) so they are in partnership (not running a company) and they have build a building (multi) and they have equally 50-50% partners in the building the building has 10 flat and on one flat we have taken loan so their us 9 flats so i would ask to know that how we will distribute the flats equally plese help me this is really urgent and plese state the act which will apply on distribution of tje building we are muslims plese help me!!!

It shall be in regards with your agreement that you both share an equal partnership according to agreement. As per the agreement there is an equal division between you both so it doesnt matter whether you have taken loan on one flat, you division shall be done on equal basis

As for as i concern if your father's partner not disputing about 50- 50 share in the partner ship then both the partner can take 4-4 flats in share and one flat can sell and which money you will receive from them you can pay the loan amount and remaining money can distribute in equal part 50-50%, I think this method should be very effective for you.
