How daughter will get share from the deceased father's property?

Sir my sister were demanding to get shares and property of my father . My father has married two wife. One wife have 3 son and 3 doughter.and another wife have only 1 doughter ,so matter is that my father is death on yr 1975 and his 2nd wife which have one daughter also death on 1990.and our mother also death on 2000.father has no will in any person name ...so matter is that as per law after our Father death our 3 brothers 3 sister and his 2nd wife daughters also death so her Child name was listed and update in Patta means property will .. and his 2nd wife daughter child demand shares so now what can we do , is there any provision to cut his name ...please help
