How can we cleared our car parking

Our builder has occupied our car parking spaces and buid two shops. Now space to prk the car is insufficient.
What legal actions we can do ?
Hello you can serve the legal notice to the builder for breach and file police complaint for encroaching your land. you have remedy in civil as well as consumer court but complete details are needed to assess the case and advise appropriately.

If the project is registered under RERA , complaint has to filed with it and seek the remedy. Otherwise concerned authority has to be informed. police complaint is also an option if the car parking is sold to you and is mentioned in the agreement.
