How can we ask for partition in grandfather property.

Please help we have house and shops purchased by my grand paa we want partition but my uncle dont want, we do all efforts for settelmnt but they do not agree... we want to put well between house and shop how we can do this....
Sir for claiming your rights, you have to file partition suit in the concerned court. In that suit you can also move an application for granting you stay on aliènation of property. Get the details of properties from estate office and then proceed.

Any one from the joint-ownership can ask for partition for separate possession of one's share. Joint property can be devolved between the co-sharers on filing suit for partition while showing to the court one's ownership in the property. Share from Shops & house can also be claimed.
