My grandfather property is divided between my father and my uncles .My father died and my younger brother and mother without informing me contructed residence building in whole 1 katha plot .brother is saying that I have constructed it with my own money. Do whatever you want to do.tell me how can I get my share half katha plot empty. Property between us is not divided
You need to institute a Title Partition Suit against your brother and mother. You have not half share in the property rather you have one third share in the same as you mother has equal share in the property.
