My father have 2 son and 1 daughter.i am elder son.... My father has self acquired properties on his own name and suddenly he died then my younger brother took his job & my mother took all property in her possession and we all three were ready to named all the father's property to mother.... So now my father's every property is named to mother... And even she buy new property by my father's pension on her own name.... From many years my mother is saying that she will give father's property (home & land) to my younger brother and the the property she buys from pension will give to my younger sister (married).. Can I claim my father's property and new property that is purchased after my father's death.. I have a son.. Can my son claims on his grandfather's property...

my dear friend Under Hindu Succession Act, 1956, the properties of a Hindu male dying intestate devolves, in the first instance, equally on his sons, daughters, widow and mother and include the specified heirs of predeceased sons or daughters. The widow of the deceased is entitled to inherit equally with sons and daughters.
now question is arise whether you have signed any document regarding your father's properties if not then you can file partition suit for your inherit .
contact for further detail.

Self aquired property can be disposed of by the holder in away he wants.you can not claim any right in self aquired property of your father. If your father have left any encestral property than only you can claim
