How can I cancel gift deed of land

when i was a minor, my father had gifted some land to my aunt. its been almost 10 years now. I am his only daughter. is there any way i can challenge this gift deed. Can i establish a claim over this land legally.

Need to see the gift deed to answer your query correctly. However in the eyes of law any property possessed by a woman is her absolute property and she will be absolute owner of the same. So in case you want to challenge her ownership you need to attack the very gift deed itself

How your father got the property?
If it is your ancestral property, i.e, if the property belonging to your forefathers, you can go for cancellation.
If the property is purchased by your father, he had every right to bequeath the property as per his wish, so you cannot go against that.
