House build on shared land 20 years ago

Hi, My father and his brother bought a land 20 years ago and after that my father has build a house on some part of the land including the land which falls under my uncle's share also. Now after 20 years of living , my uncle wants some part of the house , even though my father is offering him the money for his peice of land as per market price . He is declining that offer , and my father dont want to share the any peice of the house. What to do here ? Can I file any case for the claim of the entire land in exchange of market price of the land or not ? And what repecurrsions can happen here , I mean what can go with/against my father as per law. Please help on priority here.
