Hello Lawyers,nGreetings!nnI have a couple of questions to ask you regarding the ancestors property share, nn1. my mother and father is the joint owner for my grand mother property which she received from my grand father which is his ancestors property, in this case what is the children's rights to take shares on it. ? Also can my father sell it without our consent or without my mom signature ? or can he ask for the share in that property ? please advise me.nnThanks,
