Have given earnest money & have now come to know about the dispute.

We have given earnest money for a 3 storey property. Now we have come to know that there is dispute in top floor with roof. The owner's marital life is under dispute in court & his wife is claiming share in the property & court has ordered stay in it, so that property cannot be sold. Kindly guide. We are Hindus. Thanks.
