After the death of the owner, power of attorney holder has no right to register the property and it should be divided between all the legal heirs. You can register the property with the consent of all the legal heirs. Without verification of your documents I cannot say how to register the property. If you need any further advice please contact me.

Respected As you informing that you are in the proerty since from last 30 years. How you have brought prooerty that is either by agreement or some other deed is not explained. See from your facts you are in advrce possession over the said proeprty. They cant claim back the property after a long delay. Please contact us or contact any counsel known to you with documents before you go for registration.
