Getting a government land is very hard. You need to contact the Deputy Commissioner and Secretary of Land Department for the same. Ideally it is not possible untill you have very good contacts with the machinery.

Venerated Sir,
As per the law You have right to take lease from any person but the duration must be long for the sake and object of construction of C.B.S.E School. The land acquired for the school should be owned and registered in the name of the Trust / Society. In case of leased land, the lease deed should be registered in the name of the Trust/ Society for a minimum period of 30 years. Need more information then call me through lawrato.com
