Got orders to vacate the house but applied for extension what to do

if Respondent father won civil case and the Petitioners son and dauther-in-law,s SLP rejected in Suprem court however they get 6 months time to vacate the Respondent,s father house. but when only 2months will left to vacate the house and they filled an application to extent the time limit for live in dispute properity and their reason being that they do not arrange any accodomdation to live.can suprem court extent the time or not.The respondent age is 70 years old and their is no possiblity to live together in house

This is very subjective. The order of the Supreme Court as well as the merits of the matter have to be examined to see if the Court would grant any extension. Usually, if an application for extension is filed and it discloses genuine reasons why the parties cant perform a certain act, the Court may extend time for performance of such act. You have a very bleak chances for extension of time for living in the said premises where I have already given undertaking to vacate in fixed time schedule...u may take chancebof yourvold age and so...but when contempt of court petition will b filed u will have to vacate
