Gifting flat to daughter owned by me

It is a 10-flat apartment building in Bangalore. The society is registered under KOA act. Do I need society NOC for gifting my flat to my daughter? Please advice.
okay I understand your questions but your questions is not clear. so do you need help contact me but any self aquired property you will make gift deed it is possible you can do it but with out seeing a property document it is difuult to tell

sinse it is your own property you are free to give it to either your daughter or son without any requirement of permission from the apartment society. you can get over the work of gifting and then your daughter can inform to the society the fact of change of ownership.

is there any clause in your society Associations rules and regulations regards to transfer or conveyancing of the flat..??
if Association has any conditions that you have to take an NOC before transferring your flat to another person by any mode of conveyancing then you have to take an NOC from your society Association.
