Gift deed validity and further claim

A small parcel of agriculture land was brought by a father directly in his son's name (registered), while the son was still minor. The son was the sole title holder of the land in all records. After 30 years, the son sold the land to me. Now his sister have filed case seeking share in various other properties which was in their fathers name, they have also included my property number in the suit. What can i do to get my property removed from the list?

You just cannot get your property among the list in the case filed by seller sister just like that. you will have to participate in the trialand win the case. you engage and advocate or argue by yourself.
