my son divorce finalize in dec 2021after that we done mou with ex-daugther in law as mou of final ailmoney. in which 3 points mention 1. cash payment 2. gold jwellery 3. property transfernfirst 2 points process has been done but property gift deed stuck due non availability of occupancy certificate from bptp.what option i can take to finalise the process of this mou agreement or wait till oc receive from bptp to gift deed the property as per mou
