gift deed by father to his sons

02-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
My father is 84 years old. I am his younger son and I have one my elder brother. Now my father wants to gift his land properties to his two sons. But his grand son (son of my elder brother) is preventing my father as not to give me, my share. Is he can do that ? or what I should do legally now?

in my opinion if the property is your father's own property then your father can transfer his property to any one during lifetime. but without detail discussion and document review proper consult is not possible.

First of all it is necessary to know whether the property fulfills the criterion of Ancestral property for last four generations or not because that is important for ascertaining whether that grandson has legal right to prevent or not.
