General power of attorney to a agent. There is four principal jointly

Dear sir,
I belongs to a hindu family.
My father along with three other principal gave a power of attorney to a agent jointly the same property .However, the fourth principal is the father of the agent.
My question is :-
1. Can my father revoke it alone?
2.If not , it can be registered or sell to someone by my father?
Plz suggest sir if any, what to do actually.
