Fraud by Builder by double registration in Kolkata

I had booked a property in 2011 December and had taken bank loan for it . For various reasons the construction had got delayed and the builder had registered the property in my name in January 2020 . The handover of the project is not complete yet . However i have come to know that the builder had registered the same property as a commericial one to a company on August 2019. What are the legal recouses available to me now
First of all you have to get the documentary proof of such fraud. Then it is necessary to take the necessary legal steps for cancellation of that Sale Deed as early as possible after giving proper notice to all the parties concerned.

in my opinion you can serve a notice and then file a complaint before the Consume Court. But without detail discussion and document review proper consult is not possible. So, proper consult is possible only after detail discussion.
