My nani has make registered will on my mother's name in that will all land , property is owns by my mother because her son's and other sister doesn't took care of her.that why she took this step and after her death . For completing land ownership work .she hire a advocate .and that adovacte cheats us by taking help of brother of my mother.he took some land in our land with the help of some other lawyers.
if a registered will is made in your mother name by your maternal grandmother than your mother brother and sister have no doesn't matter Will property that your mother is absolute owner have you no describe in your question how you have rriged meeting the lawyer

advocate will be arrested for fraud and forgery and you can complain to the bar council. you can even complain to the police station. he has no right to decieve you.
