Dear Client.....
You need to file a complain at SDO and shall plea for such illegal activity to be stopped giving them a warning/ signing a bond...
secondly how many flats are there , you must ask for formation of society so that smooth function can be carried on....

Dear questioner,.....
You have raised the question with respect to disturbance of peaceful life by the members of flat's society where you are residing now and also wants appropriate mechanism against your unregistered society for forcefully demanding maintenance.
I would like to inform you that no man ( Society) have authority to stop your easement right like as water, sunlight, electricity if anyone is doing to stop any facility of water, electricity, other facilities then they are doing a criminal offence under Indian Penal Code and you can file a complaint case against the member of society or flat. In the agreement with builder it might not be mentioned that any unregistered society can raise unexpected maintenance to any flat owner, so no can force you to give high maintenance.

You can file an application before SDO against all. You can also approach the Consumer Forum against the illegal practices. Immediately consult an Advocate for the same. Also have some proof showing tripping of meter, artificial scarcity, etc. to enable the court come to the correct conclusion.
