Forceful occupation of property and then filing a case.

It is regarding my property. This house was given to one Lokesh Varshney for some social work and after that I was out of India for about 3-4 months. When I came back I asked him to vacate but he did not do but kept on differing and till today the house is still with him. In the mean time in Aug.,2017 got a case filed on me after making Mool Niwas PATRA and Aadhar Card without any identification on my house address thro' his son which is now going on and I keep on getting dates after dates with no result. I am now presently 71years old while the other person is just 28years old. They have also somehow managed a stay order and it keeps on extending. My lawyer tries to give WS with contradicting remarks but there lawyer keeps on doing delay tactics and whenever they reply it always tries to use awkward and disgusting language about me which surprises me. Anyway it is very clear that the judge doesn't go deep into the matter and keeps on giving dates after dates . I am a Hindu.
