Where is the property located?????
You will have to file for the letters of administration.
And the society shall do the transfer after you get the LOA from the court after other formalities.

This is my response to you:
1. You will need to obtain letters of administration;
2. You can also execute and register a release deed;
3. Consult a local property lawyer and take steps with regard to drafting and registering of the Deeds.
