Flat in co-ownership with husband.

Me and my husband having joint ownership in our flat but from beginning to till now he didn't contribute a single penny for same. All down payment and emi payment all made from my side. Thus now i want to remove him from ownership how can I do this please advice
if any specific percentage is not specified of his ownership in joint ownership agreement of flat means your husband has 50% right. you can get his 50% right in the said flat transfer to your name by registering a gift deed. Stamp duty and registration charges may be nominal but shall depend on the state and city where the property is situated .
