Fish Market beside our house causing nuisance to us

Our new neighbour has started a Fish Market and sell the non veg where in it's just like a market where it is cut here itself and sold to customers.... The market has created a hell lot of smell and increase in mosquitoes creating too much of disturbance to our family and tenants, what shall we do in this case... The neighbour says he will close the passage but since from 3+months nothing has happened
Opening ,running such a business requires permission following certain rules. If it is a residential locality such licence will not be given. Check with local administration. Even if he has taken licence you can first complain and ask to cancel it.

As per your query above, doing any business or services is okay, but troubling public will lead to public nuisance, which is completely illegal, wherein you need to have to write a letter to the BBMP Commission if it is within the limits of BBMP or to the municipal corporation stating the smell created by the market and which is very much injurious to the health of the people living around the area, make sure you get signatures of your neighbours as well so that the written letter holds some value. File a complaint even after this the concerned person doesn't stop this. Then send a legal notice from an advocate.
