Fight by my father's siblings on the property which is given to my fat

28-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandmother has 8 children (3 sons, 5 daughters) & given her self acquired property to my father in 2005 as we got seperated , that time only she gave some part of her property to 2 of her daughters. Now other sons and daughters are not allowing my father to sell the property which he got from my grandmother which was her self acquired property. When my grandmother registered property in my father's name those 7 children haven't signed the papers. Can they claim my father's property now?? Because of this legal doubt, buyers are refusing to take my father's property without his siblings sign. Kindly help to clear my doubt.

By what you have narrated it appears that clearing your doubt is not of much importance because anyway your aunts and uncles are not allowing him to sell the property. therefore if you can come to me e I can see that they do not prevent you from selling it but not without the help of a civil suit in court.

Hi.
As mentioned in the facts, it was your grandmother's self-acquired property and your grandmother on her own consent had given that property to your father. Thus your father has complete right on it, as your grandmother had handed over herself acquired property to your father at her own wish. In the facts you had also mentioned that your grandmother had registered the property in your father's name, thus your father has an absolute right on it.
