17-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
Hello sir.my grandfather (passedout)has one Acer land and has three sons.my father is last of them and my fathers big bros wife(bada ammi) has changed the land in the name of her.by telling she want loan(said bank manger tells all the property should be ones name then loan will be granted) my father believe her and signed in agreement or papers.now she hand over the land.so can I have any rights on my grandfathers property in the act of grandsons.
You stated that land changed on the name your badamummi whether by way of register or by way of mutation? If it is by mutation only you can get back it or otherwise you can't get it back. So have to give clarity how land has been changed
