Father transfer property to son via gift deed, Can sister claim property if father transfer property to me? Father is still alive and willing to transfer property to me
If your father has gifted you the property via gift deed then your sister can’t claim part of that property. And if the father is still alive then he is not restricted to anything and can transfer his property to anyone.
