Dear client,

because property was purchased by your father on his own name and fund was not share by any family member so, he is absolute owner of that property.
Anyone have no right on that property. partition has been done only for ancestral property.
If property had purchased from ancestral income of joint Hindu family then your uncle can claim.

Is there any proof to show that your father brought the property in issue through his own earning ? If partition was took place 15 years back ,it is difficult though not impossible for your your uncle to claim share in the said property.
