Father dies then who all are legal heirs

My father dies in 2 years back, 4 childern, our mother this is our family, then who are the legal heirs after his death. Is it totally transferred to our mother.
in your case you,your silbings and your mother shall entitil to the estate of your deceased father. so each one will get one fifth share over the assets of your father. your mother alone can't take entire properties

ur father was no executed a will or partion deed the property divided into four. ur mother have 1/4 shere of the deceased person. after 3/4 share has divided into 4 children. ur mother have no right to possess the entire property of the deceased person that's the law
