Father died leaving behind property sister threatening to claim it all

My father died recently and my mother died 2 yrs ago and i am also married for 1 yr now my sister who is also married wants the property and she is threatning my wife and me to get out of the house.as i am not well i had facture my collar bone humerous and ribs also i a have got paralysis i dont know what to do.please help.
Your sister can clam to you for father's properties in the Court and she is also entitled for getting her share. But whole the process must be done in proper manner for getting her right. And if she is threatening you then you can lodge an FIR against your sister.

First is do not loose the possession of the property. You and your sister are equal share holder of the property left by your parents. She cannot direct you to leave the property as she is a co-sharer with you.
If her behavior and languages makes your life difficut to live you may take the help of the police. but, in no way leave the property.
