First you can find out how your father acquired the land whether he acquired land through a grant or purchased? Second you can transferred the Katha/mutation of the land jointly and if there are any sisters and mother they have also right over the property.
Thirdly you are all divide the property equally by executing registered partition deed before the sub-registrar.

Here you informed that after your father your elder brother acquired the property. But you never mentioned that how and in what way he acquired the said property.

In case if it was in joint possession then you can go for family partition either by family partition or through court and you have equal rights over the said property and equal share on the said property.

If it was transferred either by gift or will then your elder brother will become the absolute owner of the said property.

Weather your father has left any will with regard to property it goes according to that documents but not then only brother are no sister even not have mother also than without any problem all brother can go for partition deed by way of registration of this deed
