Mere dada ji property khareede the ..unka death hogya tha fir dadi ji ni wo property mere papa or bade papa k name k likh diya tha will m .......to papa ki sister case kr skti h kya ???
As per the law agar property ancestral hoga to usmai sabhi legal heirs ka right hoga. Ishke alawe agar property self acquired hogi to owner ke pass right hai kisse de or kisse nahi de. Apko aur Sankari chahiye to kissi Advocate se sampark kar help Le.

Waise bhi Dadi Will ki thi apne beton ke nam se, tho fir us Will ka Probate tho karana hi hoga or us probate case me bahan ko party banana hi hoga. Agar Probate case file nahin hota hai tho bahan partition suit file ker sakti hai. Fir court decide karega ki dadi ke pass Will karne ka right tha ya nahin ya bahan ko share milega ya nahin.
